    Senior Business Analyst HL7 / Site Coordinator (PACS/RIS)
    Location: Denver, Colorado | C2C | Remote OK (with onsite if required)
    Pay Rate: $60/hr

    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst HL7 / Site Coordinator with strong healthcare domain expertise, specifically in radiology systems such as PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and enterprise imaging technologies. The ideal candidate will analyze integration requirements, support imaging workflows, and guide technical teams in implementing and maintaining HL7-based interfaces. This role also involves coordinating with radiologists, resolving imaging-related issues, supporting ticket and incident workflows, and ensuring seamless data exchange across healthcare applications. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with imaging platforms are essential for success.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze healthcare data integration requirements and implement solutions using HL7, DICOM, PACS, and RIS standards.
    • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces to enable seamless data exchange between clinical systems.
    • Coordinate with radiologists, imaging teams, and technical consultants to support workflow optimization.
    • Guide and mentor technical teams on imaging standards and healthcare data exchange protocols.
    • Support ticketing, incident management, and daily operational activities across imaging platforms.
    • Ensure compliance with current HL7 standards and maintain documentation for interfaces and workflows.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry standards and project goals.

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong hands-on expertise with HL7, PACS, RIS, DICOM, VNA, and enterprise imaging solutions.
    • Experience with radiology systems such as Intelerad PACS, Fuji EIS, Powerscribe360, ECW, Cadstream, Aidoc, and related imaging tools.
    • Ability to guide technical teams and resolve complex imaging and data integration issues.
    • Familiarity with SDLC, ticketing systems, incident management, and healthcare IT workflows.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of healthcare data exchange protocols and imaging interoperability best practices.
