Job Description
Senior Business Analyst Location: Houston, TX 4 days onsite
Rate: DOE
- Experience: 8+ years BA; 2+ years Senior/Lead BA
- Must Have: Data Analyst experience + strong SQL
- Strong experience with customer-facing digital/self-service platforms web, mobile, chatbot, portals
- Strong SQL/data analysis, metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions Chatbots, Conversational AI, Automation, Predictive/Recommendation systems
- Strong Agile/Scrum, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement/prioritization
- Experience with customer journey analysis, UX, digital adoption, and personalization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Experience with UAT/PAT, sprint planning, and requirements gathering
