Senior Business Analyst Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
• Prepare and maintain:
  • BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
  • FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents)
  • SOPs
  • Process flows
  • Functional specifications
• Collaborate with:
  • Business users
  • Warehouse operations teams
  • IT teams
  • External vendors
• Support WMS enhancements and implementation projects.
• Perform fit-gap analysis.
• Support migration from legacy WMS to Manhattan Active WMS.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Support SIT/UAT and validate implemented solutions.
• Coordinate integrations with external systems, including:
  • ERP
  • TMS
  • Conveyor systems
  • Warehouse automation systems
• Provide production support and resolve WMS-related issues.
• Support user training activities.
• Provide post-go-live and hypercare support.
• Support project activities using Agile methodology and Sprints.
• Assist with project management and coordination activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) or Manhattan WMS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including:
  • Receiving
  • Inventory management
  • Picking
  • Packing
  • Shipping
• Strong experience in:
  • Business analysis
  • Requirements gathering
  • Process mapping
  • Test case writing
  • Testing
• Experience with formal documentation and workflows.
• Knowledge of WMS integrations with:
  • ERP systems
  • TMS systems
  • Warehouse automation systems
  • Conveyor systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience working with Agile/Scrum and Sprints.
• Experience working in or with small companies/environments.
• Familiarity with implementing or supporting AI/NLP/LLM models.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WMS migration projects.
• Experience with warehouse transformation initiatives.
• Supply Chain or Logistics domain experience.
• Experience supporting MAWM implementations through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications.
