Pay-range : $35/hr.-$40/hr.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and improve Consumer Products workflows and processes. Partner closely with business stakeholders across licensing operations.
- Support rights, royalty, and licensing management initiatives.
- Create process documentation and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams throughout implementation.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and business analysis.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience supporting Consumer Products organizations.
- Strong understanding of licensing management.
- Experience with rights management and royalty management.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
