Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Jira/Confluence, UI/UX principles, and data engineering concepts. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex projects.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
- Contribute to UI/UX discussions, ensuring user-centric design principles are applied.
- Understand and communicate data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows.
- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, data modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to SQL and basic data analysis
The pay range for this role is $110k - $120k per annum

- Document Upload & Verification
You understand and agree that:

- The Portal may use third-party verification services where applicable
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any document or information that appears invalid or misleading
- Use of Portal Services
You agree to use the Portal in compliance with:

- Professional standards for IT professionals
- Client-specific requirements
- Instructions provided on the Portal
Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading false or misleading information
- Interfering with Portal operations
- Sharing your credentials or login with others
- Attempting to bypass or manipulate application processes
- Job Application
