The Senior Procurement Analyst exists to improve the clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness of procurement and supply chain operations. This role focuses on process mapping, data analysis, dashboarding, and lightweight tool building to create visibility, reduce manual work, and enable better decision-making across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Map current-state and future-state procurement and supply chain processes
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting tools, identify friction points, and help teams adopt cleaner ways of working
  • Create visibility into procurement activity, PO tracking, supplier follow-ups, and workload
  • Develop lightweight tools, trackers, and automations using AI-assisted and low-code tools
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to reduce friction 
  • Support automation of PO creation, RFP orchestration, and reporting workflows
  • Document processes in clear, adoptable formats for long-term sustainability
  • Identify bottlenecks, disconnected trackers, and data issues and help implement solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement analytics, process improvement, or operational support roles
  • Experience mapping business processes and improving workflows
  • Strong Power BI and Excel skills
  • Comfort with vibe coding and AI-assisted coding tools, including Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and ideally Open Claw
  • Experience building simple tools, trackers, automations, dashboards, or internal apps
  • Basic programming knowledge, ideally Python and/or JavaScript
  • Comfort with low-code/no-code tools and AI-enabled tool building
  • Understanding of APIs and how systems can connect
  • Ability to test API connections and work with IT or technical partners to troubleshoot integrations
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • A practical builder mindset: this person does not just report on problems, they help fix them

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations
  • Familiarity with PO creation, RFP processes, supplier management, or purchasing workflows
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, Postman, SharePoint, or other workflow/reporting tools
  • Experience building dashboards or automation for operational teams
  • Experience supporting internal process transformation or systems improvement initiatives
