Senior Business Analyst - Rocky Mount, NC
Duration: 12 Months (Hybrid)
Seeking for a Senior Business Analyst for supporting crucial driving product value delivery and ensuring successful transitions to a product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with business units to understand goals and challenges.
- Translate business concepts into user stories, features, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are testable and aligned with product outcomes.
- Identify requirement gaps early and maintain clear documentation.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and implementation teams for shared understanding.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis to uncover root causes.
- Support testing and UAT planning by validating test coverage against requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine features and support backlog prioritization.
- Focus on user value, outcomes, and measurable business impact.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles.
- Expertise in requirements definition, user story creation, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure ambiguous information.
- Experience in cross-workstream collaboration (Dev, Data, Testing, OCM, Implementation).
- 3+ years of experience supporting testing, UAT, training readiness, and traceability.
- Proven ability to create clarity, structure ambiguity, and drive alignment across teams.
