Pay Range: $60 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Serve as the liaison between Business, Technology, and Operations teams.
Manage the Book of Work (BOW) and support project prioritization.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops.
Support project planning, governance, and change management activities.
Perform data analysis using Excel and Python to support business decisions.
Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and productivity.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, regulatory, and risk management standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to business and technology leadership.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have skills: - Business Analysis, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Python
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
8 years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience.
Strong experience within Banking or Financial Services.
Experience supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Risk Management, or regulatory initiatives.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Python for data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience preparing executive presentations and senior management reporting.
