Job Description
Senior Business Analyst - Automation Operations SupportKey Responsibilities- Collect, consolidate, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and databases.
- Maintain records of automation benefits and performance metrics.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis, reporting requests, and administrative activities.
- Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information
Required Experience- 5+ years of experience handling data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience creating presentations and reports.
- 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and validating data.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Technical Skills- Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce
- Jira
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Knowledge of Salesforce platforms and functionality.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Automation solutions.
- Strong content creation and presentation design experience.
