Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Summary:

  • Location: San Ramon, CA
  • Duration: 12 Months


Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis using tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Python on complex data models to produce customized reports and insights.
  • Develop new or revise existing data analysis to predict business outcomes by selecting from various complex variables.
  • Develop and use metrics to formulate recommendations related to business strategy and operations, and present findings to leaders.
  • Manage small to mid-size projects.
  • Provide visual management via tools such as Power BI or PowerPoint presentations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.


Preferred Skills:

  • Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, tools, and tactics.
  • Advanced understanding of fundamental analysis and what-if modeling concepts, methods, and techniques, and analysis of how different factors affect business outcomes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to develop solutions.
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to justify any business changes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management.

  • Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio or similar software.
  • Advanced in Information Analysis, Market Research, Metrics and KPI Tracking, Consulting Skills, Project Management skills, DATA ELT, Python, Power BI, Power Query, VBA.
  • Proficient in Operational Monitoring & Analysis, Advocacy and Persuasion, Presentation Skills.
