Senior Business Analyst -SF/MuleSoft

Senior Business Analyst :

Salesforce and MuleSoft We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale technology modernization initiative. This role will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and the translation of business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and user requirements. Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and process-mapping sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage requirements traceability, changes, approvals, and project documentation. Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities.

Required Qualifications 5 years of recent business analysis experience. 5 years gathering, documenting, and validating requirements. 5 years collaborating with business and technical teams. 5 years using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM Octane, or similar. 3 years leading requirements workshops or process-modeling sessions. 3 years translating requirements into functional specifications. 2 years supporting Salesforce or MuleSoft initiatives. 2 years applying human-centered or customer-focused analysis techniques. Preferred Qualifications Large-scale modernization experience. Salesforce and MuleSoft delivery experience. Strong user-story, process-mapping, and acceptance-criteria skills. Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery experience. Relevant business analysis, Agile, or Salesforce certifications. Engagement Details Contract role, fully remote within the United States. Candidates must be available during Pacific Time business hours.
