Your Opportunity, Your Team
- Reporting to the Director of Transformation Office Program Management, you will run the weekly performance management pace and other Transformation Office activities. You will help maintain the Transformation Performance Management System (TPMS) and reporting that provide visibility into transformation performance. It also supports operational finance activities, including financial tracking and analysis tied to value delivery commitments and initiative execution. You will work with leaders across the organization, including the Executive Leadership Team and business leaders, sponsors, leads, initiative owners, and milestone owners
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Lead Transformation Office meeting support by preparing agendas, confirming attendance, documenting notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain the transformation performance management system by updating initiative data on time and keeping it an accurate record of progress.
- Support Transformation Office financial analysis through margin analysis, actuals tracking, and other operational finance activities tied to initiative performance.
- Provide onboarding support for new users by explaining processes, showing how to enter data, and helping teams use the system.
- Deliver cross-functional coordination by working closely with stakeholders, monitoring details, and helping transformation initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Working knowledge of retail business operations and performance drivers.
- Demonstrated experience and comfort with quantitative, financial, and performance data.
- 5+ years experience monitoring and supporting workflows to ensure processes run smoothly, issues are identified early, and follow-up actions stay on track.
- Experience learning, supporting, or administering business systems, tools, or process workflows.
