Job Description

The Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) position supports mission critical, strategic change work on behalf of the organization. The EBA works with all appropriate customer groups to identify business needs, opportunities and solutions that will align with corporate strategies using IIBA standard techniques. The EBA role employs a digital and agile mindset.

• Understand customer experience and business needs while aligning with the digital transformation initiative in the organization.

• Document business architecture diagrams Value stream, context, process flow diagrams

• Facilitate discussions/decisions with all levels of customers to ensure business value and customer experience are met.

• Exhibit leadership while championing and contributing to the continuous improvement of business analysis best practices.

Required ‿

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation.

• Skilled in business analysis techniques.

• Experience with Lucid/Visio/BPMN

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.

• Understanding of technical architecture concepts.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Experience working with all levels of the organization, executives, leadership and other customer groups/partners and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Bachelors€¿s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

• Experience with Lean principles

• Experience on Agile projects

• Exposure to Digital transformation work

• 5+ year's experience within the Healthcare Industry

• 5+ years' experience working within a defined development life cycle methodology

• Experience with writing use cases

• Experience with business process modeling

• Healthcare applications

• Bachelors€¿s degree

• IIBA certification
