  • Ensure alignment to business outcomes such as partner growth, consumption, and engagement metrics.

Data Platform & Engineering Execution

  • Lead data engineering pipelines (ingestion, transformation, modeling) within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of Power BI datasets and Fabric workloads.
  • Implement row-level security (RLS), governance, and compliance standards across data assets.

Stakeholder Engagement & Product Mindset

  • Partner with Product Managers, Executive Business stakeholders, and Engineering teams to shape roadmap and prioritize BI investments.
  • Act as a BI product owner / technical leader, ensuring solutions meet adoption, usability, and ROI goals.
  • Drive self-service enablement and data democratization across the Partner ecosystem.
  • Deliver a unified, AI-powered analytics platform for Partner + Marketing insights
