- Must have strong PowerPoint skills in creating professional, clear, concise, content using graphs, images and other creative means to communication data.
Skill Set 1: Expert content creator for internal messaging (email, mtg) and marketing materials for IT project Skill Set 2: Expert in creation of PowerPoint slides using images, clear and concise content, graphs, etc. Skill Set 3: Autonomous, self-driven project member that collaborates well. Overview:- Develops and coordinates lines of communication within a line of business among employees.
- Implements policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
Primary Responsibilities:- Works directly with business line management to develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications, to include sales/service/operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Notify, prepare and implement plans for significant organizational announcements and respond to employee inquiries.
- Manage divisional intranet, including content design.
- Lead the evaluation and potential implementation of new communication delivery channels.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities:
- May serve as a team lead
