Senior Business Consultant - Manufacturing, Syteline, INFOR CSI

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant with deep experience in Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (SyteLine) within manufacturing environments.

This role focuses on business process improvement and ERP implementation, working directly with clients to drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SyteLine (CSI) implementations.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing operations.

Work across:

• production
• planning & scheduling
• inventory & procurement
• financials / cost accounting

Facilitate:

• requirements gathering
• system configuration
• testing and training
• go-live support

Requirements

• 5+ years SyteLine consulting experience
• Multiple full-cycle implementations
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong process improvement background

Preferred

• Lean / Six Sigma
• Client-facing consulting experience

Important
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems does not substitute for SyteLine.

Travel

• ~50% (primarily Midwest to East Coast)
• Weekday travel is rarely over the weekend.
• Territories are not assigned; teams are developed around the client issue/concerns.
