Title:Senior Business Coordinator
Starting Salary Range: The starting salary range for this position will be in the $25.58-$26.34 per hour range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.
Location: Fully Remote Eligible within the US. Preference given to those who are near a Conservation Legacy Office.
Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Position Summary:
The Senior Business Coordinator works closely with program Executive Directors (EDs) and other program staff to review, manage and process grants and/or agreements from execution to invoicing. They also assist the executive directors with budget entry and updates of those grants and agreements
This position works as part of a team supporting programs in revenue management, improving systems and procedures, keeping up-to-date with compliance needs, collaborating with Accounts Receivable (AR) staff, and communicating with project partners where applicable for grants and agreements processing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or business/nonprofit management plus 2-4 years of experience in business administration & finance management preferred OR 4-6 years of experience in business administration &/or finance management.
Experience with federal grants and agreement management.
Two or more years compliance experience.
Advanced or expert level MS Excel Proficiency.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs and applications, or similar platforms.
Proficient in an array of business systems and software, databases, other technology.
Ability to keep others and oneself, in remote locations, accountable to expectations.
Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record per Personnel Policies.
Must be able to pass the organization’s criminal history check requirements.
Ability to successfully work in a fluid, changing work environment.
