    This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. ASP is helping to dramatically accelerate that innovation, with more than 100k partners in more than 150 countries. AWS partners sit at the center of one of the biggest opportunities in enterprise technology: turning AI investment into real business outcomes. Our mission is to enable partners to fundamentally redesign how they operate around agentic AI - and then deliver that same transformation to their customers.

    Key job responsibilities

    We are looking for a Business Developer - Tech to help drive this transformation strategy. This is a builder role for someone who can work directly with partners to reimagine how they run their business with AI, prove what"s possible through hands-on engagement, and design the model that scales those wins across the partner ecosystem. The specific mechanisms will evolve over time - what stays constant is the outcome we"re driving toward: partners who don"t just adopt AI tools, but achieve measurable business transformation and become a true extension of AWS field teams.

    A day in the life

    • Drive partner business transformation: Work hands-on with partners to reimagine their sales, delivery, and operational workflows around agentic AI - moving them from tool adoption to genuine operating-model change.
    • Prove what"s possible: Lead deep engagements that demonstrate measurable outcomes (deal velocity, pipeline growth, practice scale), building the case studies and evidence that inspire the broader partner base.
    • Design for scale: Codify what works into repeatable approaches that others can run, and help build the model that turns transformed partners into a network that scales impact beyond 1:1 engagement.
    • Partner across AWS: Collaborate with specialist organizations engineering teams, and field teams to bring a complete transformation offering to partners.
    • Measure and iterate: Define success metrics, track outcomes, and continuously refine the transformation approach based on what drives real partner business impact.

    About the team

    The ASP Delivery team is responsible for scaling and delivering strategic initiatives designed to grow partners" business. The team drives consistent governance, delivery, and support across customer engagements, partner journey and program experience, funding and investments to partners, migration GTM and delivery success, MP feature and partner service adoption.
