Senior Business Development Executive, Workforce & Talent Solutions

Our client has spent more than 55 years helping organizations solve complex workforce challenges. They are seeking a consultative sales professional who can leverage their established brand, trademarked methodology, and tenured recruiting team to develop new client relationships and drive growth.

We’re looking for a hunter! This is not an account management role. While you’ll benefit from existing relationships, marketing support, and a strong reputation in the market, success in this position requires creating new opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and winning new business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop new client relationships across surrounding markets
  • Identify workforce, talent acquisition, leadership, and HR challenges within client organizations
  • Sell our client’s portfolio of solutions, including: Contingent Staffing; Direct Hire Recruiting; Retained Executive Search; Flex Recruit®; Flex HR®
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close
  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction
  • Expand existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for growth

Who You Are:
  • Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, SaaS, HR technology, or other consultative sales environments
  • Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong discovery, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Motivated by solving client problems and creating business impact
