Atomic Machines is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager - Power Distribution OEMs to drive adoption of our next-generation switching technology across the power distribution, protection, and data-center infrastructure ecosystem.
The position includes developing strategic relationships and business opportunities with leading OEMs and ecosystem partners across power distribution, circuit protection, switchgear, and data-center power infrastructure.
In this technical business development role, you'll identify high-value customer applications, articulate the technical and commercial value of Atomic Machines' technology, and advance strategic OEM programs from initial discovery through evaluation, design-in, qualification, and production.
You'll independently lead early technical discussions with customer engineering teams, create momentum across complex development cycles, and engage Applications Engineering when deeper technical expertise is needed. Success means building strategically important OEM programs, advancing them toward production, and establishing Atomic Machines as a trusted technical partner.
This role requires approximately 30–50% travel for customer meetings, partner engagement, and industry events.
