    Position Overview

    The Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. This individual is responsible for building a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Leadership. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and exceeding performance goals.

    • Identify and research prospective customers through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, and market research.
    • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
    • Engage prospects to understand business challenges, objectives, and decision-making processes.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess fit for company solutions.
    • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings.
    • Develop strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and communicating value propositions effectively.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
    • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Manager to optimize lead conversion.
    • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support sales strategies and product development.
    • Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning initiatives.
    • Generate net-new customer relationships through strategic prospecting, referral development, networking, and outbound sales initiatives.
    • Create and execute account penetration strategies to engage key decision-makers and accelerate sales opportunities.
    • Consistently contribute to company revenue growth by building a high-quality pipeline that converts into closed business.
    • Collaborate with sales team to support opportunity progression through the sales cycle and help drive successful customer acquisition outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities within CRM systems.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including outreach activities, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with sales processes.
    • Additional duties to be assigned as necessary.
