ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing and campaign win strategiesManage captures, including identifying and driving the strategy for capturing new business, managing supporting investments and resources, and leading a cross-functional capture teamInitiate and advance customer relationships to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer.Interface directly with the customer decision makers to shape the market and optimize the business cases for new products, technologies and services.Consult and influence decisions of Boeing senior level executives regarding business goals and objectives.Prepare solicitation responses (RFPs, RFIs), shape ongoing capture efforts, identify customer needs and requirements, and develop winning strategiesObtain and leverage detailed understanding of the customers' processes, procedures, techniques, organizations and culture.Maintaining an understanding of the domestic and international competitive landscape to include knowledge of competitors' products, services, and activities and their impact on our competitive positionManage organization new business fundsRequirements5+ years of experience leading cross‑functional teamsStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings5+ years of experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and/or external customersAgile and willing to work in a fast paced work environment while balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail10+ years of experience working in a professional environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
