Job Overview:
The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive reports, dashboards, and data assets that transform complex data into actionable insights. This role bridges technical BI development and business analytics-combining strong fundamentals in Power BI, DAX, and SQL with the ability to interpret data trends, translate findings into business recommendations, and partner with operational stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager, the Senior BI Analyst will play a key role in data integration, performance optimization, and report development while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all analytics outputs. In addition, this role is expected to conduct proactive business analysis-identifying trends, surfacing operational insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support leadership decisions. This is a greenfield opportunity for someone eager to build from the ground up, take ownership of BI assets, and grow their skills alongside an expanding data platform that includes Azure and Databricks.
