Role Overview
The Senior BI Solutions Analyst is a strategic analytics leader responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights that drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and client success. This role partners closely with Sales, Solution Design, Commercial Finance, Transition, and Operations teams to develop innovative business intelligence solutions that support new business pursuits, client renewals, and enterprise growth initiatives. Leveraging advanced analytical expertise, the Senior BI Solutions Analyst designs scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, predictive models, and data-driven tools that enable informed decision-making throughout the client lifecycle. In this role, you"ll translate complex business challenges into meaningful analytical solutions, helping stakeholders identify opportunities, optimize performance, and develop differentiated client value propositions. You"ll also play a key role in advancing the organization"s analytics capabilities by standardizing reporting methodologies, establishing data governance best practices, and driving the adoption of modern BI technologies, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. As a technical leader and trusted advisor, you"ll mentor BI team members, provide subject matter expertise on business intelligence strategy and enterprise data systems, and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to deliver consistent, high-quality analytical solutions. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen, along with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
