Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Lending Advisor for the Business Secured Lending
In this role, you will:

4+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, or financial services, with a focus on client acquisition, credit solutions, and relationship management within a Business Banking environment
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust pipeline through internal referrals, external prospecting, and engagement with centers of influence to drive sustained lending growth
Proven experience conducting consultative client conversations, assessing short- and long-term financial needs, and delivering tailored lending solutions across a range of secured products
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, partnering across Relationship Managers, underwriting, operations, and product teams to drive alignment and outcomes without direct authority
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, present complex financial concepts clearly, and confidently advance transactions
Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to balance acquisition, lending execution, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires candidates to reside within a commutable distance of one of the following Wells Fargo locations:
Long Beach, CA Los Angeles, CA Beverly Hills, CA
Candidates must be willing and able to work from one of these office locations as required to support business and team collaboration needs. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
