Our client is a well-known American-based company and a global leader in vehicle auctions and automotive remarketing, with a reputation as an employer of choice and a respectful, inclusive culture.

They have an immediate need for a Senior Business Process Analyst — AI Enablement, based in the Melbourne CBD, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The role

This is a newly created critical role, with the visibility and backing of the executive leadership team. You will review the core business processes across the organisation, identify where the real improvement is, build the business case, and deliver it — working through a prioritised programme, starting with the improvements that can be made quickly and easily.

You will be leveraging an established AI plan and a mature governance framework, applying it where it will make a real difference.

What you'll need to succeed;

  • Strong background as a senior Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Process Improvement specialist
  • Demonstrated experience mapping, analysing and redesigning complex business processes in a multi-site, multi-function organisation
  • Ability to distinguish between process problems that require AI solutions and those better addressed by simpler interventions such as training, workflow redesign, or tooling configuration
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a business context, including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude
  • A demonstrable understanding of LLMs, AI agents and AI-assisted workflow automation applied to business processes
  • Experience developing structured business cases, with benefits quantified against credible evidence
  • Proven ability to lead change management and adoption
  • Confidence engaging senior business leaders without direct authority over them
  • Lean or an equivalent continuous improvement approach is advantageous
  • Relevant degree

Suitably skilled candidates are encouraged to apply, ideally with an achievement-based CV, addressing key achievements in pertinent roles to date.
