Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HAFS Global Transformation team in a hybrid role based in Memphis, TN. This position plays a critical role in supporting large-scale, global transformation initiatives at the intersection of process improvement, project governance, and emerging technology adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across assigned towers by gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and tracking implementation progress
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, financials, risks, and action items
  • Manage and document the full project lifecycle, including intake, planning, execution, testing, governance, change management, and post-implementation support
  • Maintain project artefacts such as trackers, documentation, meeting materials, status reports, and decision logs
  • Ensure governance and integrity of project documentation using SharePoint and related tools
  • Support AI platform testing, use case documentation, training material development, and adoption tracking
  • Analyse project data and reporting inputs to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare leadership updates, steering committee materials, dashboards, and presentations
  • Track, escalate, and help resolve risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role within a large organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating materials for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with project documentation, process mapping, and lifecycle management
  • Proficiency with SharePoint or similar collaboration and document management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with programme governance, risk management, and change management principles

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance-related projects
  • Exposure to AI tools, platform testing, or technology adoption initiatives
  • Experience preparing dashboards and executive-level reporting
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
