How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and measurable deliverables.
• Translate business and functional requirements into structured, actionable project plans.
• Coordinate activities across security, technology, operations, business, and control functions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, dependencies, and governance materials.
• Track project progress and communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Partner with subject-matter experts and business analysts to confirm that delivered solutions meet functional requirements.
• Identify delivery risks and develop practical mitigation and escalation plans.
• Oversee testing, training, organizational readiness, and change-management activities associated with project rollouts.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain accountability across project workstreams.
• Promote disciplined project execution while adapting delivery methods to changing business needs.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Business Project Delivery and Stakeholder Leadership?

• 10 or more years of project management experience, preferably leading business-side, functional, operational, security, risk, or regulatory initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects from initial planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, functional requirements, and project governance.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into project scope, milestones, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without relying solely on direct authority.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or comparable project-management tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business leaders, technical teams, operations groups, and subject-matter experts.
• Strong judgment, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting testing, training, change management, and implementation readiness.
• Financial services, cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, or regulatory project experience is strongly preferred.
• PMP or a comparable project-management certification is preferred.
