Position Title: Senior Business Support Analyst
Location: Redmond WA 98052 (Hybrid 3 Days onsite - 2 Days Remote)
Duration: 12-15 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)/ No C2C

Must haves:
- Experience with running IT computer system User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- SAP skills, and experience looking up Production BOM, Production workorders, and supporting computer systems to troubleshoot data setup, configuration that is preventing orders from flowing through the system.
- Experience working with on-site manufacturing Teams
Desired:
- Working with cross functional teams in different time zones to review/debugging technical or process issues and provide coordination/tracking for resolving issues.
- Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment under a Quality System, or other regulated industry.

Job Description:
- Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
- Note: May be internal or external, client focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include companywide, web-enabled solutions.
- This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
- Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
- The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
- This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years experience.
- This position will be supporting the Redmond Manufacturing Team, in maintaining/troubleshooting our SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) computer systems.
