Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and translate business needs into technical configurations/detailed requirements/user stories
- Lead requirements development through all stages
- Perform detailed systems requirements analysis and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the product team and the development team
- Communicate back to business clients about technical feasibility of requests and project plans
- Create system workflow and application documentation as needed
- Develop strong business relationships with assigned business and other related departments and vendors
- Assist with production support and technical troubleshooting as needed
