The Direct Property Acquisition Experience (DPAX) team is hiring a senior business systems consultant to join our dynamic team!

We are the delivery team behind Home Quote Explorer (HQX), the system customers and agents use to quote and purchase property products. Our work spans quoting and selling a variety of products, including Home, Condo, Manufactured Home, and more, offered by Progressive Home and non-affiliated carriers within our carrier network. Additionally, we provide technology support for quoting applications used by internal multi-product agents in the PGR Advantage Agency (PAA) to sell policies by phone.

As a senior business systems consultant, you'll play a critical role in developing functional and non-functional requirements for projects aimed at improving the quoting experience and expanding product offerings across both online and voice channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as ITSM, Data Insights, Carrier Management, QA, and Direct Quoting to deliver new products, maintain carrier needs and provide production support for property quoting.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)

Preferred skills

• Experience as Business Systems Consultant or Business Systems Analyst
• Product Owner/SCRUM training or certification
• Experience managing medium complexity projects and driving them forward by influencing sponsors and stakeholders
• Ability to create and support business system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, specifically on front end applications
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex needs, communicate effectively, and influence others
• Exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities, with familiarity in property products and systems
• Prior experience with production support

Compensation

• $81,400- $108,500/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
