As a Senior Business Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality system solutions that support our applications, products, and enterprise technology initiatives.

This position is full time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer 4 - 8 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. Training will be conducted onsite.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consult with business users and technology specialists to define business processes and serve as a liaison between both groups
  • Perform comprehensive business analysis to identify needs and recommend solutions
  • Define project objectives, scope, and develop detailed business and technical requirements
  • Act as a business liaison to refine, clarify, and document requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate, validate, and gain approval on requirements
  • Ensure delivered solutions align with and meet business needs
  • Provide technical support for system development, including new implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance within the Microsoft Suite
  • Leverage technology to design and enable effective business solutions
  • Analyze routine business issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc client and operational reports on product, process, and technology performance
  • Define and manage project scope and objectives throughout the project lifecycle
  • Escalate risks, issues, and concerns to the Manager and Analyst Leads as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of current experience and / OR education with evaluating and analyzing data using SQL OR other programming languages
  • 1+ years of experience with working in a professional setting utilizing Microsoft Suite applications (including any of the following: Microsoft Word (create correspondence), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), Microsoft Access (database management), OR Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
  • Must be willing to interview onsite at 2720 N. Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV, 89128

  • Ability to work any of our full-time (40 hours / week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in utilizing Visual Basic to automate and enhance Microsoft Suite Processes
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical OR metrics - based environment
  • 1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment
  • 1+ years of experience in using Microsoft Access OR other relational database to create reporting and interactive User Interfaces for large amounts of users
  • VBA in a professional setting
  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Experience in Claims Analysis
  • Experience in Facets
  • Experience in Project Management and Project Management Life Cycle
  • Experience in provider OR product configuration

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
