Senior Business Transaction Attorney
Sussman Shank is seeking a full-time attorney with a minimum of 6 years of business experience to join our Business Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of business transactions, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Sales and purchases of real estate
- Real and personal property-based financing
- Business formations and general corporate matters
- Intellectual property
- Experience in tax, securities, land use or environmental is a plus
The position requires strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills. An ideal candidate is committed to business development, practice development, and is energetic about client service and developing a book of business.
