We are seeking a talented individual to join our Change & Transformation team at Mercer, to support our US and Canada businesses. This role can be remote and delivered from most locations within the US, however our preference would be a major US city. Where a city has a Mercer office we would encourage a hybrid working arrangement, to ensure the building out of relationships and a broader Mercer network.
Our Change & Transformation team collaborates with internal business leaders on multi-disciplinary projects that deliver impactful and strategic breakthroughs to solve their toughest challenges. This is accomplished via the leveraging of deep industry knowledge combined with cutting edge capabilities in digital, analytics, organizational effectiveness, and principles of change management. Our team possess a commercial mindset on activities they drive, focusing on end-result outcome and profitability, and bring together the best within the organization. The Senior Business Transformation & Strategy Manager partners with a group of experienced, professional individual contributors, providing them with guidance to achieve results.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $130,300 to $260,600.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
