As a Senior Buyer you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products. Insight on your impact:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts and contact information within the company ERP system, ensuring all relevant details are consistently updated.
• Drive account growth by increasing revenue, gross profit, and expanding key contact relationships.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all goods ordered and received.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for materials; conduct supplier interviews to assess product availability, pricing, and terms of sale.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or company leadership.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to fulfill customer orders using products sourced through your established supply channels

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

• 2+ years of progressive experience in a Buyer or Purchasing role, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Aggressive, outcome-driven negotiation with global suppliers.
• Semiconductor Market Intelligence
• Strong relationship management
• Ability to source, quote, and negotiate in parallel within tight deadlines
• Applies structured thinking to risk vs. margin
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Technical skills
• Engineering diploma preferred but not required
