Senior Buyer – Manufacturing (On-Site)
Location:  Torrance, CA
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
Hours:  M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Summary
Seeking a Senior Buyer to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and materials planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting production and engineering teams.

Top 3 Must-Haves

• 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAGE or similar)
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and inventory management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, sourcing, and purchase orders (POs)
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements
• Support demand planning and material requirements (MRP)
• Monitor inventory, maintain safety stock, prevent shortages
• Balance supply/demand to meet production schedules
• Track shipments and expedite deliveries
• Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues
• Build and maintain supplier relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s + 5 yrs experience OR Associate’s + 10 yrs experience
• Manufacturing/high-tech environment experience preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Must work onsite daily Monday-Friday (not remote or hybrid)
