Our client, a Company in the Automotive industry, is seeking a Senior CAE Structural Analyst to join their team. As a Senior CAE Structural Analyst, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the CAE and Product Development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong independent engineering judgment, a validation mindset, and problem ownership which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Senior CAE Structural Analyst

Location: Raymond, OH

Pay Range: $54 - 62 /hr 

 

What’s the Job?

  • Perform advanced structural simulations across domains such as NVH, Crash, Strength, and Durability
  • Develop, document, and validate new CAE methodologies to improve model accuracy and performance
  • Build and analyze full-vehicle CAE models using industry-standard pre/post-processing tools
  • Correlate simulation results with physical test data to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in CAE structural analysis within the automotive or related industry
  • Strong experience with pre/post-processing tools such as ANSA, META, HyperWorks, or ModSim
  • Working knowledge of structural solvers (e.g., OptiStruct, Nastran, LS-DYNA, Abaqus) aligned with domain expertise
  • Proven ability to think critically, validate models, and take ownership of complex engineering problems
