A growing real estate investment, development, and construction firm is seeking a Capital Markets Senior Associate to support investor relations, financial reporting, and capital markets initiatives. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in communicating portfolio performance, managing investor reporting, and supporting fundraising efforts. The position offers strong exposure to both the analytical and relationship-driven sides of real estate finance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual investor reports with clear performance insights
- Analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and key financial metrics
- Support investor communications, including meetings and ongoing inquiries
- Assist with fundraising efforts and investor outreach initiatives
- Manage investor documentation, joint venture records, and partnership updates
- Review and evaluate business plans from an equity and cash flow perspective
- Oversee quarterly investor distributions, including calculations and reporting
- Maintain and update investment waterfalls, IRR tracking, and return metrics
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis (e.g., sensitivity analysis, debt modeling, ROI, CAGR)
- Partner with internal teams to refine financial projections and strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in real estate finance, debt underwriting, or capital markets
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting investor relations or fundraising efforts
- Solid understanding of real estate finance concepts (DCF, IRR, equity multiples, waterfalls)
- Background working with real estate investment or development platforms
- Exposure to joint venture structures and partnership reporting
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear investor-facing communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
