This role is a senior individual contributor position with responsibility for financial oversight, regulatory compliance, governance support, and day‑to‑day client relationship management. The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and responsive client service.How you'll make an impactClient & Portfolio ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of captive insurance clientsCollaborate with clients, brokers, and their risk management advisors to design and implement captive programsBuild trusted relationships with clients and provide clear, timely guidance on all captive‑related mattersDeliver a high standard of customer service to clients and service providersFinancial & Regulatory OversightMonitor client cash flow and prepare or review financial statements, management reports, and budgetsCompile, consolidate, and analyze financial information for captive clientsPrepare or review regulatory filings and ensure ongoing compliance with captive insurance regulationsSupport client business plan changes and communicate with captive regulatorsGovernance & Board SupportPrepare or review materials and present at captive Board of Director meetingsClearly explain accounting and financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholdersService Provider & Internal CoordinationCoordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and other service providersFacilitate annual captive audits, including gathering documentation and supporting timely completion and filingPartner with internal and external teams to support annual insurance policy renewals and to implement captive program changesTeam CollaborationWork effectively within a team environment to support shared client and business objectivesMay provide guidance or oversight to other team members without formal people‑management responsibilityAbout YouRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, risk management, or a related business field5+ years of relevant experience in captive management, accounting, insurance or financeAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong written, verbal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentPreferred QualificationsCPA, ACI, MBA, or other relevant professional certificationFamiliarity with insurance contracts, risk financing, and risk management concepts is desirable. Designations such as ARM, CIC, or CRM.Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
