CareWorks Health Services is growing our caregiver team in South Orange County. We’re looking for HCA-certified caregivers, Home Care Aides, CNAs, and HHAs who are dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing hands-on support to seniors in their homes.

Our clients have a variety of care needs, from assistance with daily routines to personal care, mobility, and household support.

HCA Certification Required Before Interview

An active HCA (Home Care Aide) certification is required before you can interview with CareWorks Health Services.

If your HCA certification is active and you have at least 6 months of caregiving or related work experience, we’d like to hear from you.

What You Can Expect

• $17–$22/hour
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
• Flexible shift opportunities based on client needs and available shifts
• South Orange County coverage: Opportunities may be available throughout the area based on current client needs
• Part-time and additional shift opportunities depending on available client needs and your availability
• Referral bonus up to $300
• 24/7 hotline support with someone available to answer calls, including outside regular office hours
• A local team supporting caregivers and clients throughout Orange County

What You'll Help With

Our caregivers provide practical, hands-on assistance that helps seniors remain safe and comfortable at home. Depending on the client's needs, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care
• Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with everyday household routines
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and encouragement as part of the client's overall care
• Accompany clients to approved appointments or errands when qualified to provide transportation

Is This a Good Fit for You?

This role may be a good fit if you:

• Have an active HCA certification
• Have at least 6 months of caregiving or related work experience
• Are comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Are dependable, punctual, and compassionate
• Can provide a supervisor or manager reference as part of the hiring process
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are legally authorized to work in the United States
