We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers who take pride in helping others live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  
  
• Provide safe assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning.
  
  
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
  
  
• Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan. This is a non-clinical role.
  
  
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
  
  
• Help with light housekeeping to keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable.
  
  
• Observe and report changes in a client’s physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to the office team.
  
  
• Follow individualized care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Previous professional caregiving experience is required, preferably in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility.
  
  
• HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but not required.
  
  
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• A compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful approach to care.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
