The Senior Case Manager provides direct assistance to victims of crime and abuse through in-person and telephonic support, with a focus on survivors of intimate partner and family violence, including sexual assault and families of homicide victims. This role delivers crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy services tailored to each client’s unique needs. The position collaborates with internal teams and external partners to connect clients to critical services and resources. The Senior Case Manager plays an important role in ensuring clients receive comprehensive, trauma-informed care and support.
