Senior Cash/Treasury Manager (Senior Cash Analyst) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cash Manager/Cash Analystto join our treasury team. In this role, you will act as a key Cash Manager/Cash Analyst, overseeing daily cash transactions, managing multi-bank accounts, and driving short-term cash forecasting. Compensation Schedule Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Hybrid Pay: $65,561-$86,860/year Benefits Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid premiums Paid Time Off: 240 hours of PTO annually Holidays: 6 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays Attendance Bonus: 2 additional bonus days available Key Responsibilities Cash Management: Oversee daily transactions, cash positioning, and multi-bank account management as the primary Cash Manager. Forecasting Treasury Operations: Drive short-term cash forecasting by validating and identifying complex banking transactions. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot daily transaction issues and resolve general banking discrepancies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to answer treasury-related questions and fulfill operational needs. System Optimization: Support the implementation and improvement of treasury systems, automation tools, and reporting dashboards. Executive Support: Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist the Director of Treasury with payment approval decisions. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, corporate banking, or a Treasury Manager role. Required Skills Competencies Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to problem-solve. Time Management: Proven capability to work with a strong sense of urgency in a deadline-driven environment. Growth Orientation: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and lead within treasury operations. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Platform Experience (Pluses) Online Banking: Experience with platforms like MT Treasury Center, NBT Bank, or NCU is highly preferred. Software: Experience with CPSI healthcare software is a strong plus. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
