Objective
To achieve annual catering sales goals and revenue, while working in
partnership with operations to deliver "The Levy Difference." Results are
achieved through implementation of objectives, analysis of results and living The
Levy Difference.
Focal Points of Responsibility
All major areas of responsibility are achieved through the Core Signature
Guidelines.
As a Senior Catering Sales Coordinator, the expectation is higher-management
levels of Clients, Communications, and Accountability to include additional job
responsibilities as assigned, such as management of location CRM system to
ensure its efficiencies.

Catering in accordance with Levy standards
o Currently distributing everything at 28 days prior to the event, and any
pop up or revised events within that time period.
o Maintaining the primary function book so that it is completely up to
date, in proper sequence, and ensure there are no missing BEO's
(Banquet Event Order)
o Any urgent revisions and /or pop-ups are to be hand delivered and
phoned/emailed for anyone that was unable to receive a hand
distributed copy

o Delivering Welcome letters with timeframe guidelines
o Creating Banquet Event orders
o Catering Contract
o Offering Tastings/Pre-cons as warranted
o Invoice for event
Collecting 100% of estimated charges in advance of the group's
arrival unless authorized by the General Manager for post-billing
o Obtaining Signed copies of all event orders executed
communications to ensure internal understanding / compliance and external
guest's expectation of services
o Distributing Event Orders 28 days prior to the start of the function
o Participating in weekly BEO meetings to review pertinent information
with other departments
o Obtains and enters in correct consumption numbers within 2 business
days
o Processes the event's work orders to completion within 2 business
days of the events completion
o Communicating to the building partner that the event is closed and
ready for billing
o Send thank you card/gift to client
o Obtain client feedback and relay that information to appropriate
department/s
o Maintain a Levy standard "Perfect File" for all team files
Position Requirements
Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team
members by speaking and comprehending English
