The historic Palmer House Hilton is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a detail oriented Senior Catering Services Manager. With 1,641 guest rooms, featuring 130,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space and a legacy spanning more than 150 years, this iconic property in the heart of Chicago offers an exceptional opportunity to launch or advance your hospitality career while delivering memorable guest experiences. As a Senior Catering Services Manager, you're not just overseeing the planning and execution of catered events - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The salary for this role is $70,000 or more and is based on applicable and specialized experience

  • Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
