We're seeking a Senior Center Transportation Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a transportation team serving older adults. This hands-on leadership role oversees driver scheduling, route planning, fleet maintenance, safety compliance, and transportation operations to ensure reliable, high-quality service.
Supervise, coach, and train transportation drivers.
Manage daily schedules, routes, meal deliveries, and transportation logistics.
Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, and vehicle safety.
Ensure compliance with California safety regulations, including Title 22.
Monitor driver performance and conduct safety audits.
Investigate and document vehicle incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams to support transportation operations.
Assist with driving or field coverage when needed.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
3+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet, or driver supervisory experience.
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with route planning, scheduling, and fleet operations.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance when required.
Experience in senior services, healthcare transportation, or nonprofit organizations.
Knowledge of California Title 22 regulations.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Work Environment: Full-time, on-site with occasional driving responsibilities.
