IDR is seeking a Senior Change Management Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bellevue, WA . In this role, you will build and scale a standardized change governance and readiness operating model that ensures DSP-facing changes impacting case support are truly launch-ready before going to production. This is an opportunity to partner with cross-functional stakeholders within a large, fast-moving operations and support environment to improve quality outcomes and reduce post-launch defects.
Position Overview for the Senior Change Management Program Manager:
- Define and operationalize a strategic framework for Case Support Readiness and change prioritization across DSP programs
- Design and implement a change prioritization model, including intake criteria, tiering, SLAs, and trade-off decisioning when demand exceeds capacity
- Own the Case Support Readiness qualification gate, establishing pass/fail criteria and enforcing readiness as a mandatory launch requirement
- Lead governance for case handling guidance (SOPs), including reviews, audits, quality rubric compliance, and cross-functional alignment
- Provide executive-level visibility into change pipeline health, readiness compliance, risks, and opportunities for long-term operating model improvements
Requirements for the Senior Change Management Program Manager :
- 5+ years of program management experience with increasing scope, preferably in operations, support, or platform governance roles
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing standardized processes, qualification frameworks, or launch readiness mechanisms
- Proven ability to manage high-volume operational pipelines, including prioritization and roadmap planning
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
