A Fortune 100 financial services organization is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change efforts supporting high-visibility transformation initiatives within a rapidly evolving business division. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end organizational change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, readiness, and engagement.
- Develop communication plans, executive presentations, stakeholder strategies, and change roadmaps.
- Translate complex business and technology initiatives into clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences.
- Influence leaders and stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
- Facilitate alignment, navigate competing priorities, and drive consensus in a highly matrixed environment.
- Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support strategic business transformation efforts that impact thousands of employees and customers.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Execution, Strategic Planning, Transformation, or Implementation leadership.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide change initiatives within highly regulated or complex corporate environments.
- Exceptional executive presence with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results across large organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and communications.
- Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Financial services, payments, merchant services, banking, or large-scale corporate transformation experience.
- Experience supporting organizational redesigns, process transformations, technology implementations, or enterprise modernization efforts.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and enterprise collaboration tools.
