Senior Change Manager Procurement Transformation (Remote - USA)
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change management (OCM) delivery for our global retail client's NextGen Procurement Transformation Program. This role will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
focused on modernizing procurement operations through technology implementations including Zip Intake Orchestration, Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM), and Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving change management for enterprise system implementations, particularly within procurement, supplier management, P2P, or related business functions. This role requires someone who can independently manage communications, training development, stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and adoption strategies across global, cross-functional teams.
This is a 40-hour per week, 7-month contract (possible extension), a 100% Remote role in USA.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
Own change communications strategy and execution across multiple releases, including stakeholder messaging, email campaigns, town hall materials, and reinforcement communications.
Design and coordinate training curriculum, user guides, job aids, and enablement materials for enterprise technology implementations.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify process, role, tool, and adoption impacts across business functions.
Support global deployment activities including stakeholder coordination, regional variations, and change champion engagement.
Drive readiness assessments and ensure change deliverables meet quality standards and implementation timelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams, Change Leads, and system integrators to support successful transformation adoption.
Requirements:
5+ years of change management experience, including 3+ years supporting procurement, supplier management, P2P functions, or similar stakeholders through enterprise system implementations.
Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
Experience independently developing enterprise-scale change deliverables including communication plans, training materials, job aids, and stakeholder resources.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, competing priorities, and stakeholder communications across complex transformation programs.
Strong proficiency applying ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology.
Experience supporting global, cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to create communications for senior business and technology leaders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
Change management certification (Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience supporting Coupa SIM, Ironclad CLM, or similar procurement/contract lifecycle management implementations is preferred.
Experience supporting contract management or CLM migrations, including training, workflow communications, and adoption tracking is preferred.
