Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Chatbot Developer (Dev Tech Lead) with expertise in Google Dialogflow, Python, JavaScript, and conversational AI platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise chatbot solutions across web, mobile, and SMS channels while integrating APIs and third-party services to deliver scalable, high-performance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise chatbot solutions using Google Dialogflow or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Build and support chatbots across web (.com), mobile applications, and SMS channels.
• Develop backend services and automation using Python and JavaScript.
• Integrate chatbots with REST APIs, enterprise services, third-party platforms, aviation data feeds, and NLP engines.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and development teams to deliver scalable conversational AI solutions.
• Optimize chatbot performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams on chatbot best practices.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow or similar platforms (Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi).
• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience building conversational AI solutions across web, mobile, and SMS channels.
• Strong experience with REST API and third-party service integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code reviews.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with airline or travel domain projects.

• Strong understanding of microservices and API-first architecture.
